Abinci 6 da zaisa mutum ya tsufa da wuri

A wata bincike da mukayi wanda aka samadashi a shafunan kiwon lafiya ta duniya ya nuna cewa lallai akwai wasu nau’ukan abinci da mutum zai ci kuma su sashi ya nuna tsufa da wuri.

 

Ga su:

1. Yawan cin gishiri musamman danyen gishiri a abinci na da matukar illa a jikin dan Adam domin yana dauke da sinadarin da ake kira Sodium wanda ke iya hana jikin mutum fitar da ruwan da jiki baya bukata wanda hakan kuma ke kawo kiba a jiki.

2. Shan lemun zaki na kwalba kokuma ta gwangwani na dauke da sinadari a cikinsa da ake kira Acidity wanda ke canza launin hakora. Shima wannan sinadari na iya canza yanayin jikin mutum yayi saurin nuna tsufa.

3. A rage cin yaji domin yana kawo tsufan fatar jikin mutum musamman matan da suka daina haihuwa.
